Dr. Stephen B. Baker is a board certified plastic surgeon who practices all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and is a nationally recognized expert in plastic surgery of the face. Dr. Baker has both dental and medical degrees and has completed eleven years of plastic surgery training at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania.
