This security gate was installed by Georgetown University in an effort to create a more secure and pedestrian-friendly campus by preventing unauthorized vehicles from entering the campus.
Only patients of the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center and patients participating in Yates Aquatic Therapy may use the Canal Road entrance, but they must have a document given to them by MedStar Georgetown to obtain access through this entrance.
All other patients or visitors to the Hospital must access the Hospital via Reservoir Road.
Thank you for observing this restricted entrance. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation.
