ATTENDANCE:  MBSR is an experiential program.  Attendance at all classes is essential for you to benefit fully from the class.  If you know ahead of time that you will need to miss more than ONE of the class dates or the retreat, please plan to attend a subsequent course.

 

Introduction to Mindfulness/MBSR Orientation Sessions

These orientation sessions (2 hours free of charge) are an experiential introduction to mindfulness, and at the same time, provide a detailed overview of the course.  They are designed equally for those who are curious about MBSR and seek information to help them decide, as well as for those who already are certain that they want to enroll, as an introduction and orientation. All sessions are held at 2115 Wisconsin Ave NW on the 1st floor conference room immediately to the left as you enter the building. 

ALL ORIENTATION SESSION ARE AT 2115 WISCONSIN AVE, FIRST FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM.

  • Wednesday, April 4 from 7 to 9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 11 from 7 to 9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 18 from 7 to 9 p.m.
  • Monday, April 23 from 7 to 9 p.m.

MBSR Spring II 2018 (May - July)

Monday Evening Class

  • Dates: May 7, 14, 21; June 4, 11, 25; July 2, 9 
  • Times: 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. except for the first class on May 7 is 3 hours (6 p.m. – 9 p.m.) and last class on July 9 is 3.5 hours (6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.).
  • All Day Retreat: Sunday, June 24 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday Morning Class

  • Dates: May 8, 15, 22, 29; June 5, 12, 26; July 3 
  • Times: 11:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. except for the first class on May 8 is 3 hours (11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) and last class on July 3.
  • All Day Retreat: Sunday, June 24 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
